    • About Conversational Ticketing

Conversational ticketing is a system that allows you to manage chat conversations as tickets. The issues and instructions communicated in slack become tickets as they are. Specifically, a slack thread is managed as a single ticket.

    • Can I use luusely as a guest user without Slack App install permission?

Yes, it can be used, as long as one person does the install of the luusely app to Slack, it is not necessary for everyone to do it.

    • Why is conversational ticketing better?

Do you use other task management services such as Jira, Asana, Torello, etc., even though you basically communicate with your team members via Slack? This is a shame, because Slack is a great place for team members to check in, communicate instructions, and discuss problem-solving, but it is a waste to have communication occur in different services. With a conversational ticketing system, communication and task management within the team remain seamlessly integrated.

    • I don't know how to make a ticket.

Add a 📌 :pushpin: reaction icon to the first post of the Slack thread you wish to ticket. Just add a reaction icon, the ticket will be automatically converted into a ticket and appear in the luusely ticket list.

    • Will Slack data be stored luusely?

No, it is not stored; Slack conversation data passes through luusely's servers, but it is not stored.

    • Ticket is not created even if the reaction icon is attached to the first message of the thread

Make sure the Slack luusely app is invited into the target channel. Right click on the target channel name -> view channel detail -> Integrations -> Add an App and select luusely to add.

    • Is the content of Slack threads being monitored?

No, luusely does not view the content of your Slack messages. Even for threads that have been converted into tickets, lxuusely does not store the content. Each time a thread is displayed, the data is fetched from Slack.
